About Sean Spencer
​​I’m Sean Spencer—Global Real Estate Advisor, negotiator, and occasional stand-up act (at least my clients laugh). With 20+ years in real estate and 12 years managing Fortune 100 call centers, I’ve learned how to keep calm when buyers, sellers, or Zillow all get dramatic. I started my real estate career over 20 years ago at Vance Realty Group, owned and operated by the one and only, Barbara Vance! Who knew a couple decades later we would partner up in business and impact the local real estate market together?
Alongside Barbara, we bring over 60 years of Orlando know-how, personally attending every showing—no lockboxes, no guessing. I’m also a certified divorce coach and expert witness, helping people navigate big life changes with clarity, empathy when selling their homes.
Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, or just curious, my goal is simple: make real estate feel less stressful and a lot more human.

I’m Barbara Vance, a Central Florida Realtor since 1984 with a career built on market expertise, client advocacy, and mentoring the next generation of agents. I’ve founded and led top-producing brokerages, including Vance Realty Group later sold to Prudential (now Berkshire Hathaway) and today I continue that legacy with Sean Spencer who started with me at Vance Realty Group over 20 years ago!
